  1. How to register?
  2.   Click the 窶彜ave form窶ｦ窶 or the 窶弃rint form窶ｦ窶 buttons to save or print the registration form, fill it out and send to Men & Mice using one of the following methods:

  19.   After your registration has been processed you will receive a registration letter that contains a registration code you can use to personalize your copy (which turns off the shareware reminders at startup). To personalize your copy of Monitor Expander, open the Monitor Expander control panel, click the 窶彝egistration窶ｦ窶 button and the registration dialog will appear. Now click the 窶弃ersonalize窶ｦ窶 button and type your name and registration code into the dialog that appears.

  22.   You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or with a check drawn on a US bank (cash will do nicely as well, US $ preferred).  If you pay by check, please make the check payable to Men & Mice.
